Workshop
I have been teaching prolotherapy workshops in Adelaide since 1998. A leader in prolotherapy in USA, Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, PhD and Board certified in Pain Medicine, taught here in 1991 and 1992.
These very practical hands-on workshops are suitable for doctors experienced in musculoskeletal medicine and orthopaedics, rheumatology and rehab medicine to add to their current skills, and for GPs with very little experience who want to be able to treat pain rather than helping patients to live with it. Country doctors are particularly invited. Palpation and safe injection skills minimise the need for radiology. We review the evidence base, which is now considerable. We also learn John Lyftogt's Perineural injection therapy which treats neuropathic pain with superficial glucose injections.
After attending a week-end workshop, participants will acquire sufficient skills and expertise to use prolotherapy with confidence in treating a wide spectrum of commonly encountered musculoskeletal problems. Numbers will be limited to enable sufficient hands-on experience.
I also teach prolotherapy for podiatrists, who are licenced to use lignocaine and so, with their excellent knowledge of foot and lower leg anatomy, are ideally placed to use prolotherapy to treat many foot, lower leg and knee problems. These one day workshops cover many of the structural problems in these areas.

VENUE - Integrative Health Solutions, 13 Laffers Rd, Belair, ph 08 7231 1628
Venue is 30 minutes from airport by taxi/Uber.
The nearest hotel is Arkaba Hotel, 150 Glen Osmond Rd, Fullarton SA 5063 $118 per night – but its 12 minutes drive away. Phone (08) 8338 1100 Ask for a room away from the entertainment areas!
I suggest looking on Stayz or AirBnB for a place nearby and walking to the venue through the beautiful tree-lined streets. Some streets are quite steep.
